If the machine malfunctions, please call the company service hotline or your dedicated sales consultant to feedback the machine and ask for help.

During the warranty period, the machine can be returned to the factory for free maintenance, and the costs incurred by the machine for transportation to and from the machine are borne by both parties.

Exceeding the warranty period, Hinton will only charge the material cost according to the damage of the machine, and the freight will be borne by the customer.

During the warranty period, the customer must complete the machine repair with the purchase invoice or receipt and product warranty card, and the machine to be repaired is consistent with the model and body number on the warranty card.

If there is no invoice or receipt, warranty card, the warranty period is calculated by the product number.

If neither is available, it is considered to be out of warranty.

Machine problems caused by the following conditions are not covered by the Hinton standard warranty:

* Failure to work according to the product manual or related installation and maintenance requirements, failure or damage caused by the working environment, storage or use specified by the product;

* Failure to disassemble, repair or modify the machine in accordance with regulations;

* Failures and damages caused by unforeseen or human factors or force majeure, such as storms, floods, lightning, overpressure, insects and fires;

* intentional destruction or smear, making non-erasable marks, theft, etc.;

* wear and tear caused by normal use over time;

* Other failures or damages caused by quality problems other than Hinton products;

* Repair and replacement of parts caused by other reasons such as rust and corrosion of the machine casing due to the above conditions;

* The product has exceeded the warranty period;
